Joe Friel is the internationally recognized author of best-selling books for athletes including The Cyclist’s Training Bible, The Triathlete’s Training Bible, Your First Triathlon, and many other guides. In The Craft of Coaching, Joe Friel shifts his focus to helping coaches. “Over the past 20 years, my books have helped millions of people discover a lifelong love of endurance sports and become better athletes,” he said. “By turning my focus to helping coaches, I hope to share my experience and leave a long-lasting mark on endurance sports.
