Miller explored the challenges of continuing coaching development and education under the difficult circumstances of the global coronavirus pandemic, which affected USA Cycling’s budget and resources. Miller presented two new efforts aimed at restoring and improving USA Cycling’s efforts to support coaches including:

  • A new position for which USA Cycling is now hiring, Coaching Development and Education Manager.
  • A new coaching development and education partnership with Fast Talk Laboratories.
