Quirk, who became USA Cycling’s new CEO in December, 2021, introduced himself to coaches by sharing his personal cycling journey from youth racer to cycling entrepreneur to cyclocross competitor to CEO of this Olympic governing body.
In his presentation, Quirk laid out the two new top strategic priorities for USA Cycling.
