Remember, this ride is a great way to build your overload by applying a very high aerobic strain, combined with some race-intensity efforts in a pre-fatigued state. Be careful not to overdo it. And to know whether you’ve pushed too hard, an analysis of the data after the ride will help you assess how you might need to modify the workload of future attempts.
