Jess Elliott is owner of TAG Performance LLC and a sports performance coach.

She is Owner of TAG Performance LLC, serves as Affiliate Faculty at the Metropolitan State University of Denver in the Department of Human Performance, and is a Sports Performance Coach with EXOS at Google.

Elliott has extensive coaching experience in strength and conditioning, working with athletes of all ages and levels including Olympians, professional athletes, NCAA Division I athletes, firefighters, as well as high school and youth sports athletes.

Jess’s mission is to equip and empower others to live their best lives. She is passionate about lifelong athletic development, holistic coaching, and sharing knowledge with others.
