Description
Coaches who achieve Level 2 certification can expect to take home a wealth of knowledge in achieving a better understanding of the physiological stresses and adaptations the body endures through endurance training and how to utilize these stresses and adaptations in writing a better training plan for their athletes.
USA Cycling Requirements
In order to earn a Level 2 Coaching License, a coach must:
- Be a USA Cycling Level 3 Coach (no minimum duration).
- Register for the USA Cycling Level 2 Capstone Clinic, an in-person education session, plus any post-clinic projects and meetings.
- Purchase, enroll, and complete this USA Cycling Level 2 Coach Certification Pre-Clinic Preparation Course from Fast Talk Laboratories. For fall 2023, purchasing this course includes a complimentary one-year Fast Talk Labs Unlimited Membership, which is required to access online educational content before, during, and after the in-person clinic.
- Attend the USA Cycling Level 2 Capstone Clinic in person and complete any post-clinic projects and meetings.
