Those who attended last week’s neuromuscular training workout will feel this workout build, but anyone can benefit from today’s workout, too.
We will incorporate standing pedaling efforts. We’ll pedal in a large gear and use gear selection to spin from a low cadence to a high one. We’ll maintain good form and strong leg drive as we add acceleration. The goal will be maximum muscle recruitment in the lower body.
