Pete Webber is executive director and head coach for Boulder Junior Cycling (BJC), one of the top junior cycling teams in the U.S. BJC provides year-round cycling programs for kids ages 6–18. In his current role, Webber leads a team of BJC coaches and as many as 500 juniors. Pete raced at the world cup level in mountain biking and cyclocross in the 1990s. After his racing career, Pete worked for the International Mountain Bicycling Association for 12 years and authored two books about trail building. Pete has been inducted into the Mountain Bike Hall of Fame and has won the Double-Goal Coach Award from the Positive Coaching Alliance.
