Jeff is the TriDoc, an emergency physician and a triathlete for more than two decades. He began as an adult-onset swimmer and spent years as a back and middle of the pack athlete. But over time he progressed from slowly to the front of the pack where he has qualified for numerous 70.3 World Championships and Kona twice. He now coaches as a member of the LifeSport Coaching team and produces the TriDoc podcast where he works to help triathletes understand what it means when a product claims to be ‘scientifically proven’ to improve their ability to train, race or recover better than their competitors.
